Product care guide
At Pedal Crue, we stand behind every ramp we make. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.
We design our ramps to be tough, portable, and fun — but to keep them performing at their best, a little care goes a long way.
Keep it dry
Our ramps are made from high-quality birch plywood.
To keep them strong and stable:
Always store them in a cool, dry place (like a garage or shed).
Don’t leave them outside in the rain or damp.
Let them dry fully before storing if they get wet.
Keep them off the ground — moisture can creep in and cause warping or swelling.
Wood and water don’t mix — keeping your ramp dry means it’ll ride smoother and last longer.
Assembly & Use
Follow the included instructions carefully.
Use only the supplied hardware and tools.
Make sure the ramp sits flat and stable before riding.
Always wear proper safety gear — helmet, pads, the works.
If you spot loose bolts or cracks, stop using the ramp and check it before continuing.
Looking after your gear
Wipe ramps down with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh cleaners or pressure washers.
Check bolts regularly, and tighten if needed — a quick tune-up keeps everything feeling solid and safe.
End of life
When it’s time to retire a ramp, please recycle wood and metal parts responsibly.
