Shipping ​

​We aim to get your Pedal Crue gear out to you quickly and safely.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

 Processing Your Order
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after payment clears.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During busy periods or product launches, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.​

 UK Shipping
We currently deliver across the UK Mainland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight.

Smaller items (like hardware kits) ship via Royal Mail or Evri.

Larger products and ramps ship via tracked courier such as DPD Local or Parcelforce.

Typical delivery times:

Small parcels: 2–4 working days

Ramps / large boxes: 3–5 working days

 International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only, but we’re working on expanding soon.
If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, drop us a message and we’ll keep you posted.

 Delivery & Tracking
You’ll get tracking info once your order leaves our workshop.

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate — we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address.

Couriers may require a signature or photo confirmation on delivery.

Missed a delivery? Use your tracking number to contact the courier and rearrange a drop-off.

 Large & Self-Assemble Items
Our ramps ship flat-packed for easier transport and storage.
Each kit includes clear instructions and all required hardware.

Deliveries are kerbside only, so please plan for someone to receive and move your parcel if needed.

 Storage Reminder
For products made from wood or wood-based materials, always store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Avoid damp or rain exposure — moisture can cause swelling, warping, or reduced lifespan.
Keeping your ramp dry will keep it strong, smooth, and ready to ride for years to come.

 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK), get in touch.
If packaging or items arrive damaged, take clear photos before opening and email sales@pedalcrue.co.uk within 48 hours so we can help quickly.

 Pre-Orders & Custom Builds
Made-to-order ramps or custom designs take a little longer.
We’ll email you an estimated build and delivery timeline — and keep you updated as your ramp takes shape.
