3. Products

Our products are designed for recreational use and are supplied as self-assembly ramps.
While we take great care to ensure accurate product descriptions and images:

  • Colours, finishes, and materials may vary slightly from those displayed.

  • Assembly and use are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Improper assembly, misuse, or use beyond intended design may void any warranty.

Care and Maintenance:
For longevity, all ramps or products made from wood or wood-based materials must be stored in a cool, dry location when not in use. Exposure to damp or extreme weather may cause damage and is not covered under warranty.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Full payment is required at checkout through our secure payment gateway.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • You are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, impact, or improper assembly.

  • Deterioration caused by moisture, extreme weather, or failure to store products correctly (see Section 3).

  • Normal wear and tear.

Please contact us with proof of purchase and supporting photos for warranty claims.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Pedal Crue ramps are designed for cycling and similar recreational use.
By purchasing and assembling a ramp, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Use involves inherent risk of injury.

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe assembly, inspection, and use.

  • Pedal Crue accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse or improper assembly.

Always wear suitable protective equipment when using ramps.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, logos, images, and written content are the intellectual property of Pedal Crue.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pedal Crue shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, or business;

  • Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or lack of proper maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
